The furnished, first-floor apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom contains twin beds, and the bathroom contains a shower, basin and a toilet. The living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen which lies under an arched ceiling with wooden beams. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a kettle, microwave and toaster, and a washing machine. There is also a 4-seater dining room table and chairs in the kitchen. The lounge area contains comfortable seating, and is equipped with WiFi and smart TV. The lounge area leads out onto a patio with beach and sea views. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans.

The small, well-run complex is secure with constant supervision, and has a good security record. Guests have access to a lock-up garage, as well as limited guest parking. All guests are requested to use their allotted garage to avoid congestion in the parking area. The apartment is serviced Monday to Friday. Guests are required to bring their own beach towels, and pets are not permitted. We ask guests not to smoke inside the unit.
